Taking the first steps in Medicare enrollment might seem complicated, but you don't have to figure it all our on your own. Richfield Medical Group wants to help you reach your health and wellness goals. That's why we developed a special program called Senior Health Connect. This program is a collaborative approach to care delivery that focuses on preventive care and providing care coordination resources for patients 65 and older. Through this program, the primary care physicians and care teams at Richfield Medical Group are able to offer services that focus on your total health including education about your Medicare options.
